Legal Warranty

According to the Leg. 206/2005 ( "Consumer Code" ) all products for sale on this site are covered by the Legal Warranty of 24 months.

According to the legal warranty of 24 months Rocco by Rocco Salvatore is liable to the consumer ( the natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession) for any lack of conformity not evident at the time of purchase.

The legal guarantee of 24 months does not apply to products purchased with Invoice and VAT from professional and / or business , for which it is Warranty Manufacturer.

Lack of compliance (art. 129 of the Consumer Code)

The lack of conformity which exists when:

  • The product is not intended to serve as a must habitually;

  • does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the vendor;

  • does not offer the quality and performance which are normal in goods of the same type;

  • is not suitable for the particular use for which the consumer if made known to the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.

There is a lack of conformity if, at the time of conclusion of the contract, the consumer was aware of the defect, could not ignore it with the utmost care, or if the lack of conformity comes from instructions or materials provided by consumer.

Consumer Rights (art. 130 of the Consumer Code)

The lack of conformity becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of purchase of the property must be reported within 2 months following the date of discovery of the defect.

Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the defects occurring within 6 months after delivery of the goods already existed on that date. In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.

The consumer may, at its option, the seller to repair the goods or to replace, without charge, in both cases, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate to the other.

Any repair or replacement shall be completed within a reasonable time from the request of the consumer.

Time and manner of exercise of the legal guarantee

The Customer must:

  1. Send a written notice to Rocco by Rocco Salvatore (for convenience will be used also the section of the "Customer Support" under " Contact") or contact Rocco by Rocco Salvatore telephone, stating the defect of the product.
  2. Follow the guidelines provided by Rocco by Rocco Salvatore for the compilation of the practice. Modules and number of practice will be provided by Rocco by Rocco Salvatore at the time of the request.
  3. Prepare the product for shipping imballandolo accurately and including all accessories, the instruction manual and all that originally contained in the product package.
  4. To remain available at the times indicated to facilitate the withdrawal of the package.

The carrier will contact the customer to agree on the withdrawal of the product (the unavailability of telephone customer will delay the withdrawal of the product).

Rocco by Rocco Salvatore he must return the product for any repairs at the Center Support Technician authorized by the producer himself (CAT).

Warranty Service

All products for sale on this website, as well as being covered by the legal guarantee, are covered by the Warranty Service.

The Warranty Service is added, but not replace, the legal guarantee of 24 months anyway rightly due to the consumer, as provided by law. Duration, spatial extent and ways to enforce this guarantee are reported in the form, prepared by the manufacturer.

How to guarantee

We recommend the customer to Rocco by Rocco Salvatore to receive the goods with formula "signature subject".

Keep records of purchase and original packaging.
Contact numbers or visit the sites of the producers in the support section with handy documents relating to the product and follow the instructions or expose the problems.
